Yann Pernot
I'm currently a Research Assistant at Mila in Montréal, supervised by Sarath Chandar, where I work on pretraining Genomic Foundation Models and their application to antimicrobial resistance prediction. In parallel, I am completing a Master's double-degree in Computer Science between Centrale Lyon and Polytechnique Montréal. Previously, I was an AI R&D Engineer at Corpy&Co in Tokyo, building custom ML solutions for industrial clients.
